Kenneth Tung

Kenneth Tung is SSQ’s Asia Senior Advisor, and takes care of our In-house Legal Function Consulting practice in China. He also advises our in-house and law firm clients on legal business strategy and lawyer management issues, including management and strategy consulting, structure and operation optimization, team building and restructuring.

Kenny graduated with a J.D. degree from Columbia University School of Law in 1987 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1988.  He practiced at Coudert Brothers in Shanghai whilst playing a key role in projects such as the negotiating the establishment of GM Shanghai auto JV. 

In his career as in-house counsel, he worked as Chief Legal Counsel of Geely Holding Group and as Legal Director/General Counsel in Greater China/Asia at PepsiCo, Goodyear, Honeywell and Kodak.
